I think it would be good to draw from the US constitution for a lot of it and edit it to fit our needs.

Of course, we need these things in the constitution:
- how states will interact with the countries (or if they will)
- role of the government
- what the government can do
- population limits (maaaaaybe)
- land limits
- what you can do with the land in general.

Obvioulsy we need to be a democracy/confederacy XD but I propose:
- role of the government: to provide protection for the states to do there own thing: and protect citizens of a state from tyrannical governments
- what the government can do: basic stuff, provide for the defense, set rules for the formation of new states, make treaties, raise only the taxes necessary to do that. and maybe some other stuff.
- population limits (maaaaaybe) Fantasy realistic, aka made up numbers that make sense, given the geography and topography of your state. (No mountains or deserts having millions and billions of people)
- land limits: no larger than 50 thousand (square miles) with 2 possible expansions of 25 (sq miles) for a total of 100 thousand sq miles
- what you can do with the land in general. almost anything you want

I disagree, THEOCRACY IS THE BEST GOVERNEMNT XD but for all seriousness, the government should do almost nothing and let states do everything, to the point of interacting with other nations, the government should honestly only be in the business of providing the common defense, no liberal Bull shit allowed.
