A few hours later, the 747 aircraft entered the Vern Kon airspace and radioed in it's flight plan and current status. After the required communication, the aircraft began to move on a course to the airport.

The World Congress Building main assembly hall is prepared and the two rooms attached to it cleared to act as break rooms for both Countries and the Vern Con Flag is on the left and the DEN flag on the right of the set up The highest rooms in the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel are cleared and reserved for DEN officials in case of the visit lasting more than one day. There will be workers and interns provided to get information or any other requests for DEN delegation.

The aircraft touched down right on time, and made its way to the gate where it would be received. Upon arrival at the gate, the doors were opened, and the representative disembarked. He then proceeded to the rendezvous point along with his guards, all the while thinking about what he would say.

The Secretary of State was there to meet the representative and once he got there, the Secretary directed him and his entourage to their limo and then got into the one behind it and they left to the world trade center.

After the two limos arrive, two workers lead the USSDEN Representative and his entourage to the meeting room and one explains there luggage will be brought to their hotel room while the other one hand then their keys.
